Abstract:
Disclosed is a frying and roasting machine, comprising a base, an upper cover assembly, a hinged shaft and a damper, wherein the upper cover assembly is hinged to the base by means of the hinged shaft, the hinged shaft can slide in the up-down direction relative to the base, and the upper cover assembly can be turned around the hinged shaft, so as to be opened or cover the base; and the damper is arranged on the hinged shaft, and provides a buffer force in the process of the upper cover assembly being opened or covering the base.
