Abstract:
Disclosed is a fuel cell metal separator for preventing a flow channel of a fluid from being structurally deformed by stress caused by the stacking of a plurality of fuel cell metal separators. The disclosed fuel cell metal separator comprises: an inlet which is formed on one side thereof, and into which a fluid flows; an outlet which is formed on the other side thereof, and from which the fluid flows out; and a flow channel in which a first protrusion region protruding in a first direction perpendicular to the flow direction of the fluid and a second protrusion region protruding in a second direction perpendicular to the flow direction of the fluid are alternately and repeatedly formed, and which includes a stress reinforcement part formed by the first protrusion region overlapping at least a portion of the second protrusion region, and a rib forming the exterior of the flow channel.
