Abstract:
A fuel cell system, and a method and an apparatus for detecting a tank valve malfunction in a hydrogen system thereof. The method is, first acquiring an actual rate of consumption of hydrogen during an operating process of a fuel cell system, and determining an actual amount of hydrogen consumed during a set time period; then acquiring a pressure value and a temperature value at a start time and an end time of the set time period, and combining with a total water volume of the hydrogen system, determining a theoretical consumption amount provided by the hydrogen system to the fuel cell; comparing the actual consumption amount and the theoretical consumption amount, and if a difference between the theoretical consumption amount and the actual consumption amount is greater than a set value, and if it is determined that the hydrogen system does not have a hydrogen leak malfunction, determining that a malfunction has occurred for a tank valve of the hydrogen system. The present method can effectively determine in real time whether a tank valve has a malfunction causing a hydrogen tank to be unable to supply gas, the determination being highly effective, maintaining safety and reliability of a hydrogen system, and ensuring safe and reliable operation of a fuel cell system.
