Abstract:
A fuel cell system and a fuel cell vehicle, wherein the fuel cell system comprises a fuel cell and a fuel cell cooling pipeline, the fuel cell cooling pipeline being provided thereon with an electric heater (8) for use in heating a cooling medium in the fuel cell cooling pipeline when the fuel cell is turned on; the electric heater (8) is used for connecting a power cell (2) so as to extract electricity from the power cell (2); the fuel cell cooling pipeline further comprises a thermal insulation portion (13) for use in heating the power cell (2). The combination of the power cell (2) and a fuel cell may effectively solve the problems wherein starting a fuel cell vehicle in a low-temperature environment is difficult and the power cell (2) performs poorly in a low-temperature environment, while reducing waste heat discharged from the fuel cell into the atmosphere and improving energy utilization rates.
