Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of fuel cells, and particularly relates to a fuel cell vehicle, and a hydrogen discharge valve/drain valve fault diagnosis method and apparatus. The method of the present invention comprises a method for diagnosing a fault whereby a valve cannot be opened, and a method for diagnosing a fault whereby a valve cannot be closed, wherein the valve is a hydrogen discharge valve or a drain valve. By means of the method, the pressure of a hydrogen inlet is measured to determine whether the hydrogen discharge valve or the drain valve has a fault of being unable to be opened, and the duty ratio of a pressure control apparatus is measured to determine whether the hydrogen discharge valve or the drain valve has a fault of being unable to be closed, thereby effectively solving the problem of it being impossible to determine whether a valve without an opening/closing feedback state has a fault. Moreover, by means of the method, acquired data is fitted, and fault diagnosis is performed on the hydrogen discharge valve and the drain valve according to an overall change tendency, such that fault identification is more effective and reliable, thereby improving the accuracy of fault diagnosis, and avoiding the frequent startup/shutdown of a fuel cell system due to erroneous determination.
