Abstract:
A control device (100) having a fuel equivalent value calculator (150) for establishing the flow rate of fuel supplied to a gas turbine in accordance with a target value difference (∆Nt) between an actual speed (Nr) and a target speed (Nt), an upper limit difference calculator (131) for determining an upper limit difference (∆Pu) which is the difference between a set upper limit output (Pu) and the actual output (Pr), a lower limit difference calculator (132) for determining a lower limit difference (∆Pd) which is the difference between a set lower limit output (Pd) and the actual output (Pr), and a parameter-changing unit (140) for changing any parameter among the target speed, the actual speed, and the target value difference so that the target value difference decreases when the actual speed decreases and the upper limit difference is small, and so that the target value difference increases when the actual speed increases and the lower limit difference is small.
