Abstract:
A fuel injection control method for a diesel engine and a regenerative control method for an exhaust gas after treatment device using the fuel injection control method; the fuel injection control method, comprising the step of performing after injections (Fas, Fam) after a main injection (Fm) in the crank angle range of 40°to 90°ATDC to active and regenerate the exhaust gas after treatment device by raising the temperature of exhaust gas or lowering the density of the oxygen in the exhaust gas, whereby, even if the main injection is delayed remarkably or the amount of injection is increased or decreased, the main injection can be burned without flameout to maintain the combustion of the engine in an excellent state, and the operation of the engine can be continued.
