Abstract:
The invention relates to a fuel injection device (18) comprising a housing (28). The housing is provided with a housing recess (30) in which a valve element (48) is located. At least one fuel outlet channel (32) is associated with said valve element. The device also comprises a sleeve piece (34) that is coaxial to the valve element (48) and that is located on the valve element (48). The fuel injection device (18) is characterized in that it comprises alignment means (38) which radially align the sleeve piece (34) relative to the housing recess (30) and that the valve element (48) is guided in the sleeve piece (34).
