A full-automatic honeycomb material cutting and slitting machine, comprising a working table (10), a product cutting system (20), and a product positioning system (30). The product positioning system (30) is mounted on the working table; a machine frame (11) is provided on the working table; the product cutting system is mounted on the machine frame; the product cutting system comprises a cross beam (21) mounted on the machine frame, a cutting support (22) mounted at the bottom of the cross beam, a transverse moving mechanism (23) mounted on the cutting support, and a cutting head (24) mounted on the transverse moving mechanism; the cutting support is mounted at the bottom of the cross beam by means of a lifting mechanism; a pressing plate (25) is provided at the bottom of the cutting support, and the pressing plate is elastically connected to the cutting support. The pressing plate capable of elastically stretching and retracting up and down is used for pressing an aluminum honeycomb core, and the aluminum honeycomb core is then cut and slit, so that the accuracy of aluminum honeycomb core cutting and slitting is improved, and the quality of the aluminum honeycomb core cutting and slitting is guaranteed.
