Abstract:
A full-automatic intelligent clothes packaging system, comprising: an automatic convergence mechanism (10); an automatic grabbing and encasing mechanism (30) connected to the automatic convergence mechanism; and a carton sealing machine (50) connected to the automatic grabbing and encasing mechanism (30). The automatic convergence mechanism (10), the automatic grabbing and encasing mechanism (30), and the carton sealing machine (50) are electrically connected to a programmable controller; the automatic convergence mechanism (10) grabs and converges clothes of different sizes according to a preset proportion and conveys the clothes to the automatic grabbing and encasing mechanism (30) by means of a conveyor belt; the automatic grabbing and encasing mechanism (30) grabs and encases the clothes into cartons according to the preset size proportion; and the cartons are conveyed to the carton sealing machine (50) by means of the conveyor belt. The full-automatic intelligent clothes packaging system realizes automatic integrated operation of grabbing the clothes according to the size proportion, grabbing and encasing the clothes into cartons and sealing the cartons, reduces the occupied area, the manual participation, the production cost, the error rate and the clothes reject ratio, and greatly improves the working efficiency.
