Abstract:
A full-automatic sealed-type spray-freeze-drying production equipment and method. The production equipment comprises a vacuum spray-freezing granulation means (1), a dynamic heating and drying means (2), and a vacuum discharge mechanism (3) for discharging dry materials from a vacuum sealed container. The vacuum spray-freezing granulation means (1) comprises a spray cylinder (1-1), an atomizing nozzle (1-2) disposed inside the spray cylinder (1-1) and used for atomizing and dispersing liquid to be freeze-dried into liquid drops, and a vacuum system connected to the spray cylinder (1-1) and used for creating a vacuum environment to allow some of the components of the liquid drops to be vaporized and absorb heat, so as to freeze the liquid drops into granules. The dynamic heating and drying means (2) comprises an outer barrel (2-1) forming a sealed container, and a rotary dryer for accommodating and heating the dry materials. A part of the rotary dryer is provided within the sealed container, and a heating circulation system is used for controlling the temperature of the rotary dryer. The spray-freeze-drying process is carried out under sealed conditions and no refrigerant would be in contact with materials, thereby reducing the risk of contamination of drugs and ensuring the tightness, sterility, and continuity of spray-freeze-drying production.
