Abstract:
The present invention relates to full body workout equipment using elastic bands that is capable of increasing muscle strength and promoting blood circulation by allowing the elderly and patients to workout various parts of the body by pulling or pushing the elastic bands while sitting or standing, wherein the full body workout equipment is configured to comprise: a support frame which is fixedly mounted on a wall or column and has an accommodation space therein; a plurality of elastic bands which are mounted in the accommodation space such that one or both ends are exposed to the outside, and are formed to exert levels of elasticity that are different from one another in a vertical or horizontal direction of the support frame; and a band pulling member which is mounted to connect any one or more of the plurality of elastic bands and is formed so that the connected elastic bands can be stretched or contracted by a user's force.
