Abstract:
A fresh air printing dryer is provided. The fresh air enters a sensible heat exchanger (6) through a fresh air flue (32), and exchanges heat with an air exhaust flue (51) for transmitting high-temperature waste gas to absorb heat energy. Then, the fresh air is heated by a first heat exchanger (3) and enters a drying cavity (1) to carry out a drying operation, achieving a heat recovery of the high-temperature waste gas for the first time. Meanwhile, the high-temperature waste gas discharged from the air exhaust flue after the heat exchange passes through a second heat exchanger (5), achieving a heat recovery for the second time and utilizing the heat energy more sufficiently. The dryer combines the fresh air system and the heat recovery system and thus makes organic solvent on the dried object be volatilized easily, therefore improving the drying speed.
