Abstract:
A broken ganoderma lucidum spore product and a preparation method therefor, and food or a drink containing same. The preparation method for the broken ganoderma lucidum spore product comprises: putting 5-10 parts by weight of ganoderma lucidum spore powder into 60-100 parts by volume of water, slowly heating until reaching 63-100 °C, and keeping for 15-60 minutes.
