Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a full snapshot rapid generation method and apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises: creating a source data volume, and allocating a first-level data pointer table, the first-level data pointer table recording position information of a plurality of second-level data pointer tables, and the second-level data pointer tables recording position information of data blocks (S110); when data is written into the source data volume, determining, according to the written data offset, whether the target second-level data pointer table where the written data is located is present and valid (S120); in response to determining that the target second-level data pointer table is present and valid, writing data into the source data volume, and recording the data written position into the target second-level data pointer table (S130); and when a snapshot is created, copying the first-level data pointer table as a first-level data pointer table of the snapshot (S140).
