Abstract:
Provided is a fully automated cell culture system, comprising: a control module, a control platform, a dark field microscope for on-line observation of a cell culture, a cell incubator shaker and a cell culture bag. The control platform is connected to the dark field microscope for on-line observation of a cell culture and the cell incubator shaker, and the control module is connected to the control platform. Also provided are a support frame for a continuous cell incubator shaker related to the fully automated cell culture system, the continuous cell incubator shaker, a non-contact sensor connector, the cell culture bag and the dark field microscope for on-line observation of a cell culture, realizing continuous culturing and observation of cells.
