FULLY AUTOMATED DRAPE CONTROL SYSTEM Technical Field

The invention is related to a drape control system, which allows opening and closing of all types of drapery.

The present invention relates to a drape control system, where sound waves, Wi Fi, RF (radio frequency), visible or invisible light waves are used, having motion speed setting, full opening operation, full closing operation, function of stopping at least at a single point, free opening or closing function, and the function of opening or closing depending on the temperature or light.

Prior Art

Most of the systems used are very similar to each other and their structure is generally simple, although the curtains that are opened and closed by electric power are widely used today. An opening and closing system having all its features programmable is not yet available. In some opening and closing systems, electromechanical components are placed inside or at the end of the pipe where the curtain is wrapped. Flowever, these types of systems appeal to a limited group of buyers due to their high prices. Furthermore, systems that has an opening and closing mechanism operated by being pulled from below, and therefore which are simpler and cheaper are present. Units that convert such simple opening and closing mechanisms into a motor-operated form are also still on the market. Flowever, they too are relatively expensive and unsuitable for large-scale programming.

Patents obtained in this area are largely obtained by the People's Republic of China and involve fairly simple systems. If we give a few examples of patents that have been claimed, People's Republic of China patent no. CN207707727 by She Jiawen for Guandong Jinlian Window Fashion Co. Ltd. gives details of a mechanism where opening and closing process is made by pulling the ropes in curtain systems which are connected to the ropes in order to prevent the rope from escaping by closing with the pulling force of the rope to prevent the rope from slipping back. The people's Republic of China patent CN108412407, obtained by the brothers Lei Zhenbang and Lei Xingbang, understands the simplest curtain control structure. The curtain is pulled up by a rope wrapped on a shaft placed at the upper part of the curtain, and the shaft is rotated by a simple electric motor.

In another People's Republic of China patent, CN108412407 , obtained by Lei Zhenbang and Lei Xingbang, they describe a special motor for turning the drape mechanism. Under patent CN207784914 of the people's Republic of China, obtained by Sun Rui, Nie Mingxing, Zhang Chenxin and Jin Guiyu from Fujian University of Technology, the opening-closing motion of the drape is achieved by lowering and lifting the rings attached to both ends of the curtain. In this way it is claimed that the movement will be more balanced. In People's Republic of China patent no. CN108398851 claimed by Liu Tongxin for Qindao Tongxinlnnovation Laboratory Technology Co. Ltd., a system where a special purpose drape is wound and unwound from a cylinder and in particular, a simple electric circuit used to drive the motor in this system towards both sides is disclosed. In People's Republic of China patent no. CN108354428 by Shen Qunhua and Zha Dongliang of Changshu Bailian Optoelectronic Technical Co. Ltd., a mechanism that allow the drape surface to be wiped during each opening and closing operation by including a drape wiping mechanism with an electric motor.

The other purpose of the invention is that in case the system is remote controlled, the communication of the remote control unit with the curtain opening and closing mechanism can be audible or inaudible sound wave, Wi-Fi, RF (radio frequency), visible or invisible light wave, and the hardware and software used and the selected curtains or all curtains within the reach of the remote controller can be controlled individually or all together.

Another purpose of the invention is that the driving box and the control unit can be connected directly to each other via cable, or they can be connected via communication media to allow remote control.

Another purpose of the invention is that the driving box can be pre-programmed to find the points at which the curtain should stop itself, and its energy can be supplied by cable or one or more rechargeable or single-use batteries.

Another purpose of the invention is that each control unit used in the system of the invention can control the curtains within the coverage area individually, in groups or all together.

Another purpose of the invention is that each curtain can be programmed separately, in groups or all together, to respond to all external effects such as light, temperature, sound or vibration, and to perform the necessary opening and closing operations.

To realize the purposes described above;

The invention is a drape control system comprising motion speed setting, full opening operation, full closing operation, function of stopping at least one intermediate point, free opening or closing function, and the function of opening or closing depending on time, temperature or light or shock, pressure such external effects, wherein, it comprises;
