Abstract:
A fully automatic drop staining device for a tissue slice, the device comprising a rack (100), a transfer mechanism (200) fixed to the rack (100), a staining box (700), a slice sealing box (400), a slice airing box (500), a slice drying box (600) and a jet module (300), wherein the transfer mechanism (200) comprises a carrier (201), a rail and a driving device, the driving device being capable of driving the carrier (201) to move up, down, left and right to each box body along the rail. The fully automatic drop staining device for a tissue slice can achieve an integrated operation process of slice staining, slice sealing, slice airing and slice drying, achieves fully automatic operations in a tissue slice treatment process, has a high degree of automation, is simple to operate and easy to control, reduces the exposure of medical personnel to toxic and harmful reagents so as to effectively protect the physical health of the medical personnel, and additionally, can also effectively prevent the cross-contamination of samples, thereby being economical, environmentally friendly, convenient, fast and efficient.
