Abstract:
A fully automatic flexible assembly line, comprising: a control system; a pipeline assembly (10); and several machine stations and manual stations respectively arranged on both sides of the pipeline assembly (10), the machine stations being provided according to different assembly processes with different assembly machines (30), and the pipeline assembly (10) and the several assembly machines (30) being all electrically connected to the control system. If an assembly machine (30) at any machine station goes down, the assembly machine (30) is replaced and an operator (20) is placed at a manual station corresponding to the machine station to replace the assembly machine (30) for an assembly operation, realizing zero-dead-time switching between manual and automatic operations, until repair of the assembly machine (30) is completed offline or the assembly machine (30) is replaced with a back-up machine. When a product is switched or a process is altered, the number of machines on the whole line can be increased and decreased arbitrarily according to the new process, such that the assembly line can be adapted to production of multiple product varieties. The fully automatic flexible assembly line can improve assembly efficiency, reduce spare parts costs, and reduce assembly cycles.
