Abstract:
A fully-automatic grooving machine comprises a main frame (8), a main board (11) disposed on the main frame (8), a feeder bracket (7) disposed on one side of the main board (11), a hopper-type feeding device (1) disposed on the feeder bracket (7), a drive cutting tool magazine (2) disposed on the other side of the main board (11), a workpiece pushing device (4) disposed below the hopper-type feeding device (1), a feeding bracket (6) disposed below the workpiece pushing device (4), and a program-controlled electrical device (3) disposed on the main frame (8) for controlling work of the fully-automatic grooving machine. The fully-automatic grooving machine can mechanize and automate pipe grooving, has high working efficiency, is suitable for mass processing and production, has a simple structure, works reliably, and has low cost. The fully-automatic grooving machine can perform multi-directional grooving without any deformation, smoothly perform operations of feeding, grooving, and retreat, and is applicable to multi-directional grooving operations on relevant products such as metal, plastics, and wood composites.
