Abstract:
Disclosed is a fully automatic heat exchanger production line with a high degree of automation, comprising: a plurality of fully automatic assembly workpiece-feeding areas (1), a clamp lower-layer conveying device (2), a clamp reversing automatic workpiece-feeding manipulator device (3) arranged at one side of the clamp lower-layer conveying device (2), a workpiece-feeding upper-layer conveying device (4), a braze welding device (5) arranged at the rear end of the workpiece-feeding upper-layer conveying device (4), a workpiece-discharging area conveying device (6) arranged at the rear end of the braze welding device (5), a fully automatic workpiece-discharging manipulator device (7) arranged at one side of the workpiece-discharging area conveying device (6), and a plurality of workpiece turnover placement areas (8). The production line has a high degree of automation, greatly reduces labour quantity and production cost, and improves working efficiency.
