Abstract:
A fully automatic welding apparatus for a radiator. The fully automatic welding apparatus comprises a rack (1) and a welding arm (2), and further comprises a welding platform (3), wherein the welding platform (3) is rotationally mounted on the rack (1); and a welding slag collecting box (4) is mounted at the bottom end of the welding platform (3) and is in communication with a plurality of welding slag falling-in ports. The fully automatic welding apparatus further comprises a flue gas extraction mechanism (200). A driving mechanism (300) is mounted on the rack (1), and a cooling mechanism (700) comprises a cooling box (701) and a cooling assembly (800). The fully automatic welding apparatus has relatively high efficiency of treating welding fumes, and facilitates the treatment of welding slag and a reduction in the thermal deformation of a radiator during welding.
