Abstract:

A fully-electric fixed non-drop wheel lathe, comprising a rack (100), two rails (200) arranged on the rack (100), two turning tools (300), and two wheel-driving devices (400), wherein each wheel-driving device (400) comprises a leveling frame (410), and a driving assembly (420), a lifting assembly (430) and a leveling assembly (440) which are arranged on the leveling frame (410); the lifting assemblies (430) and the leveling assemblies (440) are both fixedly connected to the rack (100); the driving assemblies (420) are used for driving wheels to rotate; and the lifting assemblies (430) are used for lifting the leveling frames (410). By means of the fully-electric fixed non-drop wheel lathe, the situations of a burden being caused for wheel repairing, and the symmetry of wheel treads on two sides after repairing being decreased can be reduced, and the wheel tread repairing precision is improved.
