Description:
A FULLY-EQUIPPED CLEANING VEHICLE IN THE FIGHT AGAINST SNOW

Technical Area

The invention relates to a fully equipped snow removal vehicle used in the removal of excess snow accumulated during winter, which does not damage both the ground and the surrounding vehicles or people while removing snow from the ground.

State of the Art

Today, although almost all of the snow fighting vehicles have the same features, their deficiencies are also different from each other. That is to say, although all of these vehicles provide benefits on the roads outside the city, they cause more damage than benefit in the fight against snow in the city. They obstruct traffic and bring many problems with them.

Grader and snow plough vehicles proceed by collecting and throwing the snow on the ground to the right or left at a certain speed while cleaning the snow, meanwhile, stones, soils, etc. on the ground, throwing them on parked vehicles, damaging their headlights, paint, etc. They can cause material damage by damaging them. At the same time, the snow accumulated next to the parked vehicles freezes after a while and the vehicle owners have to save their vehicles from where they are located with a shovel to take their vehicles into traffic.

Since all of the vehicles with the previous technique are technically unsuitable for urban snow fighting and have heavy tonnage due to their technical equipment, they cannot move comfortably in traffic, making the existing traffic even more inextricable. Vehicles with the previous technique cannot take the snow on the asphalt road up to the ground and they turn 1 .5 cm of snow from the ground into an ice layer and turn it into an ice rink. They cause vehicles and pedestrians to slip and cause accidents.

Since graders, diggers and snow ploughs are not able to clean the snow completely, their tonnage and blades cause damage to asphalt, parquet and other roads and deform the roads during long efforts on the road. While trying to eliminate a problem, it causes new problems. Diggers cause more damage than graders and snow ploughs. In the prior art, none of the vehicles are able to work in coordination with each other in urban snow removal, and there are major deficiencies in many aspects such as time and fuel. Some of the vehicles in the prior art also spread salt on the cleared areas. This is usually done by workers with shovels. This method is also not useful on asphalt or the salt spread by the salting vehicles from a point is not a solution to the existing problem.

Description of the invention

The invention relates to a fully equipped cleaning vehicle (6) used in snow control and consists of a solution tank (1 ), compression mechanism (2), suction chimney (3), right selector (4), left selector (5). The invention is a vehicle that provides a complete solution to the problem and eliminates the problem with successive working equipment and solves the urban snow fighting. The difference of the invention from other systems is its systematic operation in eliminating the problem completely. The invention is different from other technical vehicles in every aspect.

When the vehicle is in motion, the snow sucked by the front fans with the suction chimney (3) system is filled into the closed case and when the snow is taken from the ground, it protects against freezing on the ground by spraying solution liquid instantly on the snow floor from the solution sprinklers. In this way, the risk of accident of vehicles in traffic is almost zero. When the vehicle completely compresses the snow in the closed case with hydraulic pistons and table, it minimises the snow mass with maximum press. At the same time, although the vehicle is produced for the fight against snow cleaning, when the suction fan in front is removed and the brush broom is installed, the solution tank (1) is cleaned of the solution in it and filled with normal water, it can be used very well for 12 months in urban cleaning.

While the suction chimney (3) at the front of the invention completely removes and stores the ice and snow from the ground, the same surface is prevented from freezing for 24 hours by spraying the solution from the solution tank (1 ) to the ground using the sprinkler system.

The suction chimney (3) at the front of the vehicle absorbs all the snow and ice on the ground and accumulates it in the chassis, which is the rear part of the vehicle. The snow vacuumed from the ground is compressed by the compression mechanism (2) and its volume is reduced. In the tank, the compression mechanism (2) with the help of the table piston provides maximum compression and minimum space occupation. At the same points where snow and ice are removed from the ground, the liquid from the solution tanks (1 ) of the vehicle is sprayed to the ground from under the vehicle with the spray-fountain technique, preventing the ground from freezing for 24 hours. It is proven that the solution does not freeze the ground up to -40 degrees. After the snow accumulated in the case inside the vehicle is full, the rear cover is opened with the hydraulic system in the suitable area and the snow is poured. The snow is left in suitable areas or transported to trucks of the same size. The invention using solution also minimises the effects of salt on asphalt and nature.

While it is used in urban cleaning, it benefits people and reduces vehicle traffic accidents to almost zero since there is no icing with this way of working. Since it is a fully thankful vehicle, it also benefits the nature with one vehicle, one driver, one fuel and carbon disease. While the vehicle is working economically, traffic is closed with the simultaneous operation of 3 vehicles, while this vehicle does not cause any damage to the flow of traffic as a single vehicle.
