Abstract:
Provided is a fully mechanical arm smart-bending machine, comprising a machine frame part, a stroke adjustment mechanism, a slider mechanism, a synchronization mechanism, a rear material-blocking mechanism, an upper- and lower-mold centering apparatus, a hydraulic system, and an electrical system; the bending machine is also connected to a material loading/unloading mechanical arm; the material loading/unloading mechanical arm comprises a vertical column, a lateral beam (X-axis), a vertical beam (Z-axis), a control system, an upper and lower material bin system, and a gripping system. The fully mechanical arm smart-bending machine has the following technical effects: by means of using the mechanical arm for various operations, efficiency is improved, costs are reduced, product quality is improved, and safety is improved.
