Abstract:
A fully-mechanized mining face integrated console control system (10), comprising a main controller (101), an emergency stop direct control module (102), an equipment remote control module (103), a communication module (104), a voice control and alarm module (105), and a broadcast intercom module (106). The emergency stop direct control module (102) is directly connected to a distributed control system (DCS). The equipment remote control module (103) can generate a key operation instruction in response to a key pressing operation of a user. The main controller (101) performs key scanning according to the key operation instruction to generate a wireless transmission control signal corresponding to fully-mechanized mining face equipment. The communication module (104) transmits the wireless transmission control signal to the corresponding fully-mechanized mining face equipment. The voice control and alarm module (105) performs voice control on the fully-mechanized mining face integrated console control system (10). The broadcast intercom module (106) provides bidirectional audio data transmission and bidirectional network voice intercom functions on the basis of a network audio chip.
