Abstract:
A fully-variable tappet cup, comprising a fixing body (3), a driving plunger (4), a reset spring (5), and a driven plunger (1). The driving plunger (4) and the driven plunger (1) are each in sliding fit with the fixing body (3); a driving oil cavity (6) and a driven oil cavity (7) are formed in the fixing body (3); one end of the driving plunger (4) is located in the driving oil cavity (6), and one end of the driven plunger (1) is located in the driven oil cavity (7); the driving oil cavity (6) is communicated with the driven oil cavity (7); a master oil hole (301) is formed on the fixing body (3); the driving oil cavity (6) is communicated with the master oil hole (301) by means of several fixing holes (203), and the driven oil cavity (7) is communicated with the master oil hole (301) by means of several buffer holes (201); the master oil hole (301) is communicated with a power accumulator (9) by means of an oil path; a hydraulic valve (8) is arranged on the oil path; the reset spring (5) provides a spring force to ensure that mutually contacting components from the driving plunger (4) to a cam always maintain a state of contact. In practical use, the fully-variable tappet cup can improve the fullness coefficient of a valve and increase the range of high engine rotational speeds handled by a valve train while not changing the engine body, while using a small number of parts and components, and while ensuring the valve seating speed meets standards.
