Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present application is a function updating method, comprising: a server receives an updating request of an Internet of Things device after sending upgrading information to the Internet of Things device according to a preset condition; the server receives, after sending device capability description solution information according to the updating request, the updating information sent by the Internet of Things device; the server establishes an association relationship between the Internet of Things device and a first product version according to the updating information; and the server sends upgrading success information to a terminal, and then sends first device model information and first product model information to the terminal, such that the terminal establishes an association relationship with the first product version.
