Abstract:
Provided is a functional article having a functional layer and an adhesive layer and designed to, while maintaining the effect of the functional layer, prevent the adhesive layer from remaining on the skin or underwear of a wearer when removing the functional article. A functional article (1) includes base materials (7, 9) and an adhesive layer (21) formed on a skin-contact surface or a non-skin contact surface of the base materials. The functional article includes a functional layer (13) having a predetermined function and disposed closer to the skin-contact surface of the base materials than the non-skin contact surface of the same and along the skin-contact surface. The functional layer has a functional agent containing a lipophilic component. The functional layer and the adhesive layer are formed in such a manner that at least a part of the functional layer does not overlap with the adhesive layer in a thickness direction of the functional article and that at least a part of the adhesive layer does not overlap with the functional layer in the thickness direction of the functional article.
