A functional chemical liquid feeding device for hair, which generates a microcurrent, according to the present invention, comprises: a main body including a microcurrent generator for generating a microcurrent to transmit same to a brush, and a switch for operating the microcurrent generator; a head provided at the front end of the main body, and including a brush assembly including a plurality of brushes extending outward in communication with a chamber, which have outlets that are opened when the ends of the brushes come into contact with and are pressed on the scalp, to apply a chemical liquid onto the scalp, and have conductive plates for supplying the microcurrent to the scalp; and the chamber which is provided at any one of the main body and the head and stores the chemical liquid. According to the functional chemical liquid feeding device for hair of the present invention, a chemical liquid is embedded inside the main body so that, when massaging the scalp and hair by means of the brushes, the chemical liquid can be applied on the scalp and hair, and a microcurrent is generated to maximize a chemical liquid absorption effect.
