Abstract:
A functional fluid gate control system, comprising a porous membrane (2) and a functional fluid (1). The functional fluid (1) at least partially infiltrates the porous membrane (2), and the porous membrane (2) and the functional fluid (1) work in concert to form a fluid gate control channel. The functional fluid (1) and/or the porous membrane (2) generate a physical change or a chemical change by responding to at least one stimulus to change the intensity of pressure of the fluid gate control channel, thereby controlling a fluid (8) to be transported, which is immiscible with the functional fluid (1), to pass through the fluid gate control channel, implementing controllable material transportation and multi-component separation. The stimulus in the present invention has a wide range of sources, and the stimulate responsiveness of the functional fluid (1) and the porous membrane (2) can be randomly combined, so as to adapt to complex external conditions controlled by multiple stimuli and achieve intelligent controllability.
