The present invention relates to a functional food waste disposal apparatus. The present invention comprises: a primary deodorizing and cooling part which is assembled to a food waste disposal apparatus, allows air, which is generated from a drying and discharging part, to flow in through a first air discharge pipe, and deodorizes and cools same; a secondary deodorizing and wash-cooling part which allows the air, which has passed through the primary deodorizing and cooling part, to flow in through the first air discharge pipe and a third air discharge pipe by means of the driving of a fan, and deodorizes and cools same; and a tertiary deodorizing and exhausting part which allows the air, which has passed through the secondary deodorizing and wash-cooling part, to flow in through a fourth air discharge pipe and deodorizes and cools same. The present invention enables the enhancement of the deodorizing and cooling efficiency, the recycling of a cooling water to be discarded, and the maintenance of the fan performance. Therefore, the quality and reliability of the food waste disposal apparatus is greatly enhanced and thus various needs of consumers, i.e. users, are satisfied and a good image can be developed.
