Abstract:
A functional pillow according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a support part, having a recessed middle part, for supporting the head and cervical spine of a user; and side parts connected to the respective side edges of the support part, and formed so as to be parallel to the ground and higher than the support part, wherein the support part comprises a first groove which extends in one direction parallel to the cervical spine of a user, and second grooves which are connected to the edges of the first groove and extend in the one direction or in the other direction, and the lowest point of the first groove is higher than the lowest point of the second grooves.
