Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a functional water-generating mode for generating functional water using electrolysis by opening a partition (21) and applying a voltage between the electrodes (23a, 23b); and a desorption mode for desorbing adherent components that are adhering to the electrodes (23a, 23b) by closing the partition (21) and applying a voltage with a direction opposite to the functional water-generating mode between the electrodes (23a, 23b). During the desorption mode, a diffusing part (22) is disposed in a first water-storage unit (20a) while the electrodes (23a, 23b) are disposed in a second water storage unit (20b).
