Abstract:
The present invention relates to a functionally graded cemented carbide, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The cemented carbide consists of a core portion and a surface layer of a cemented carbide matrix, wherein the surface layer is a gradient layer. The structure of neither the core portion nor the gradient layer of the cemented carbide matrix contains a carbon-deficient phase and free graphite. The thickness of the gradient layer is greater than 2 mm, and is 2-6 mm, and the content of a bonding phase in the gradient layer is in a gradient distribution. According to the preparation method for the cemented carbide, a two-step carburizing sintering process of low-temperature deposition and high-temperature carburizing is used; and the obtained functionally graded cemented carbide has good comprehensive properties, and meets the use requirements for cemented carbides, especially for graded cemented carbides for mining rock drilling tools, such that the market value and application prospects thereof are good.
