Abstract:
A fundus image recognition method and apparatus (100), and a device (200). The method comprises: obtaining a collected fundus image, and preprocessing the collected fundus image (S100); inputting the preprocessed fundus image into a trained optic disc prediction model, and performing optic disc prediction on the fundus image by the optic disc prediction model to obtain a corresponding optic disc prediction graph (S200), wherein one or more positioned optic disc candidate areas are marked in the optic disc prediction graph; and obtaining the optic disc prediction graph and performing ellipse fitting to obtain ellipse fitting parameters of the optic disc candidate areas, and determining optic disc areas in the fundus image on the basis of the number of optic disc candidate areas and the ellipse fitting parameters (S300). A plurality of possible optic disc candidate areas are positioned from the fundus image by means of an optic disc prediction module, and then a final optic disc area is determined from the plurality of optic disc candidate areas, such that the optic disc areas of the fundus image under various conditions are identified and positioned, and the optic disc area positioning accuracy is effectively improved
