Abstract:
A method of detecting gene expression characterized by comprising fixing a probe containing the full base sequence or a part thereof of a nucleic acid originating in a fungus on a support, hybridizing a labeled polynucleotide sample to be detected with the fixed probe as described above, and detecting the signal from the hybridization product thus obtained.
