Abstract:
A fungus quantity measurement device and measurement method for testing yogurt quality, which relate to the field of testing of fungi in yogurt. The fungus quantity measurement device comprises: a sterile tank (1); sterilization lamps (2) fixedly arranged at the inner top of the sterile tank (1) and used for creating a sterile environment; a glove (3) fixedly arranged on one side of the interior of the sterile tank (1); a centrifugal assembly, which is fixedly arranged in the middle of the interior of the sterile tank (1); and a blow-away assembly, which is movably arranged at an upper position inside the sterile tank (1), wherein an agar plate (4) is clamped in the middle position above the centrifugal assembly; a yogurt diluent is added to the center of the agar plate (4); a cone (13) is integrally connected to the middle of the interior of the agar plate (4); and the centrifugal assembly is used for evenly diffusing the yogurt diluent outwards from the center of the agar plate (4). The diluent is diffused on the agar plate (4) by using the centrifugal assembly and the blow-away assembly, so that the diluent is evenly distributed on the agar plate (4), and the problem of fungi adhering to a spreader when the spreader is used is also solved; therefore, a measurement result is more accurate.
