Abstract:
The present invention provides a PRMT5 inhibitor as shown in formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, an isotopic variant, a tautomer, a stereoisomer, a prodrug, a polymorph, a hydrate or a solvate thereof. The present invention further provides a preparation method for the compound, a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound, and use of the compound in the prevention and treatment of cancers.
