Abstract:

Disclosed is a fused ring benzothiadiazole non-fullerene acceptor material, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The fused ring benzothiadiazole non-fullerene acceptor material comprises a fused ring benzothiadiazole center core and electrophilic end groups, wherein the fused ring benzothiadiazole center core is of a nitrogen bridge trapezoidal fused ring structure, and the electrophilic end groups are connected to two ends of the center core. The preparation process thereof includes using 4, 7-dibromo-5, 6-dinitro benzothiadiazole as a raw material, sequentially subjecting same to Stille coupling and a Vilsmeier-Haack reaction to obtain the fused ring benzothiadiazole center core, and then introducing the end-group structures by means of a Knoevenagel reaction to obtain the fused ring benzothiadiazole non-fullerene acceptor material. The acceptor material is good in solubility and easily processed into a film, has a good photoelectric conversion function, and is used for preparing an organic solar battery device; and the photoelectric conversion efficiency reaches nearly 16% of a single battery conversion efficiency.
