Abstract:

The present invention relates to a dimeric protein including glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and glucagon-like peptide-2 (GLP-2) additionally plus IL-10 and a composition using same for treating neurodegenerative disease, especially Alzheimer's disease. The dimeric protein alleviates the deposition of amyloid beta plaque and has an excellent effect of improving memory and cognitive functions and as such, can be advantageously utilized for treating and preventing neurodegenerative disease, especially Alzheimer's disease and has high industrially utility.
