Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/228360
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of biotechnologies, and provides a fusion protein for treatment of a metabolic disease, and a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The fusion protein comprises a Glucagon analogue fragment and a long-acting protein unit fragment. The Glucagon analogue fragment comprises: a) a polypeptide fragment having the amino acid sequence as shown by SEQ ID No. 81; and b) a polypeptide fragment which has an amino acid sequence having more than 90% sequence identity with SEQ ID NO. 81 and has the function of the polypeptide fragment defined in a).
