Abstract:
The present invention relates to a game device and an operation method for same. To this end, a game device according to the present invention comprises: a main body unit which has an informing unit for outputting various kinds of information to each player, and which has, on both sides, a component mounting part for temporarily mounting selected unit components; a sensor unit which recognizes component information about the unit components provided on the component mounting parts; the unit components which include the component information recognized by the sensor unit; and a control unit which receives, from the sensor unit, the component information about the unit components selected by each of the players, determines whether each of the players won or lost according to a pre-stored game rule, and outputs the determination result to the informing unit. Accordingly, the game device itself progresses the game of its own accord, thus allowing the game to progress objectively and smoothly, displays the state of progress of the game in real time, and accurately determines the final outcome.
