Abstract:
[Problem] To cause operation by a player to be appropriately reflected in the progress of a game. [Solution] In a game device 1, when it is detected that an operation unit 130 has returned to an origin position, the progress of a golf game is controlled according to the history of amount of rotation of the operation unit 130 from the origin position, said amount of rotation being detected during a specific monitoring period. Thereby, even when a player has made a minute adjustment to the amount of rotation of the operation unit 130, it is possible to appropriately ascertain the amount of rotation of the operation unit 130 after the minute adjustment made by the player, and to reflect that amount of rotation in the progress of the golf game. Accordingly, it is possible to cause the operation by the player to be appropriately reflected in the progress of the golf game.
