Abstract:
A game loading method and related products. The method comprises the following steps: an electronic device obtains a first game to be loaded (S201); the electronic device sends version request information to a network and receives a version request response sent by the network (S202), the response comprising a first version corresponding to a first game; the electronic device obtains a first version within the version request response, compares the first version with a second version of a locally stored first game, if the comparison is consistent, directly loads the locally stored first game, and if the comparison is inconsistent, requests the network to download a first file of the first version and load the first game (S203). The technical proposal has the advantage of high user experience.
