Abstract:
A game machine 3 provided with a game control means 55 for controlling a game in which an action group constituting a dance is sequentially instructed to a player PL by way of a game screen GS of a display device 13 comprises: an instruction marker control means 55a for causing instruction markers 20, 25 corresponding to actions constituting the action group to be displayed sequentially on the game screen GS, and causing the same to move to a reference region 21 by way of a prescribed pathway L on the game screen GS, thereby instructing the player PL of the timing at which the actions should be performed; and a character image control means 55c for causing at least one character image 30, which is a moving image performing a series of actions which are part of the action group, to be displayed on the game screen GS together with the instruction marker 20 corresponding to a starting action of the series of actions, and causing the same to move on the game screen GS in conformance with the movement of the instruction markers 20, 25.
