Disclosed in the present invention are a Ganoderma lucidum mycelium antihypertensive peptide and a preparation method therefor, belonging to the technical fields of polypeptide biotechnologies and antihypertensive drugs. The antihypertensive peptide of the present invention has good in-vitro and in-vivo antihypertensive activity, has the characteristics of being low in molecular weight and easy to be absorbed by the human body, and can be used as a health-care food additive or an antihypertensive drug. A Ganoderma lucidum strain SCIM 1006 of the present invention is a Chinese Ganoderma lucidum mycelium capable of producing an antihypertensive peptide Ser-Tyr-Pro. By adding an exogenous amino acid into a liquid fermentation culture medium and combining a low-temperature and low-speed fermentation technology, the production yield of the natural polypeptide thereof is increased to 1.52 g/L. In addition, an antihypertensive peptide extraction and purification method of the present invention is simple to operate, quick and convenient, and easy for industrial production.
