Abstract:
A gantry type pipe and plat plate cutting machine, comprising a cutting component, a plate cutting mechanism (2), a pipe cutting mechanism (4), and a cross beam (3). The cross beam is provided with a transverse driving unit. The cutting component is connected to the cross beam. A cutting component mounting base is provided with a lift driving unit. The transverse driving unit comprises a first gear (31), a first rack (32), a first motor, and a first rail (34). The plate cutting mechanism comprises a frame, a machine platform (22), and a longitudinal driving unit. The longitudinal driving unit comprises a second gear, a second rack (24), a second rail (25), and a second motor. The pipe cutting mechanism comprises a feeding rail (411), an end portion chuck (42), a movable chuck (43), and a feeding driving unit. Both the end portion chuck and the movable chuck comprise a clamping member (44), a clamping member mounting base, and a chuck body. The gantry type pipe and plat plate cutting machine meets the process requirement of pipe products in the field of digital control cutting processing, is easily operated, is conveniently used, is flexible in assembling and clamping, reduces the processing cost of pipe products, and widens the cutting processing range of a numerical controlled cutting machine.
