Abstract:
Disclosed is a gap-adjustable compound machine press roller mechanism, comprising an upper press roller and a lower press roller, wherein the upper and lower press rollers are respectively mounted on an upper mounting base and a lower mounting base, the lower mounting base is fixed on a rack, and the upper mounting base is connected to a lifting mechanism; a gear is mounted on a roller shaft of the upper press roller, a first connecting rod is also arranged on the roller shaft of the upper press roller, and a plurality of groups of meshed gears are also distributed on the first connecting rod; and the mechanism also comprises a second connecting rod connected to the first connecting rod, wherein the second connecting rod is capable of rotating on the first connecting rod around a connecting shaft, a plurality of groups of meshed gears are also distributed on the second connecting rod, the meshed gears mesh with transmission gears on the lower press roller, and the other end of the second connecting rod is connected to the lower press roller. The mechanism is sensitive in action when being adjusted, high in accuracy, free of influence upon transmission of different roller shafts, and capable of achieving on-line adjustment.
