A garbage can lid (1), comprising a large lid (11) and a herringbone lid group (12). The large lid (11) comprises a large lid body (111) and a garbage inlet (112), and the herringbone lid group (12) is located at the garbage inlet (112). A groove is provided on the large lid body (111). The herringbone lid group (12) comprises at least two herringbone lids (121, 122) capable of fully sealing the garbage inlet (112) when being in a free state. A second boss (T2) facing the top of a garbage can and matching the groove is provided on the herringbone lid group (12). The large lid (11) is used for placement of large garbage and the unloading of garbage, and the herringbone lids (121, 122) are used for placement of daily garbage. The herringbone lid group (12) at least comprises two herringbone lids (121, 122), so that the opening degree of the garbage can lid (1) is increased to a maximum extent, and different quantities of herringbone lids (121, 122) can satisfy different requirements. The part where the large lid (11) and the herringbone lid group (12) are combined is designed as an interlocked labyrinth structure and has sealing, limiting, and water guiding functions. The garbage can having the garbage can lid (1) features a simple overall structure, good rainproof and leakproof effects, and strong applicability.
